Your actuator motor can be easily identified by a SPEC number, which is stamped directly in the housing near where the shaft comes out of the motor. This number IS REQUIRED before we can assist you with your replacement needs.

Your actuator motor can be easily identified by a SPEC number, which is stamped directly in the housing by the shaft extension. This number typically begins with a UL designation (i.e. UL6 or UL14) followed by a four or five digit number. This number is required before we can assist you with your replacement needs.
