Replacement Actuators

Multi Products has designed and manufactured our exclusive line of Torque Box actuators for the damper and ventilation industry for over 40 years. We offer an extensive list of Stock replacement actuators ready to ship within 1-2 days. Other actuators are ready for shipment within 7-10 days of placing your order.

Actuator Identification

Your actuator can be easily identified by a “Spec” number, which is stamped directly in the housing by the shaft extension. This number typically begins with a UL designation (i.e. UL6 or UL14) followed by a four or five digit number. This number is required before we can assist you with your replacement needs.

The Spec number specifically identifies the actuator and we would provide a replacement built to the same specifications. There may be slight differences with regards to casting finish, leadwire colors, or audible noise level but these differences do not alter the fit, form, or function of the actuator.

The following chart outlines our most common actuator units by their “Spec” number. Please refer to the TB-Various.PDF drawing for dimensional and wiring information. If you require further wiring or connection information or a “Cut Sheet”, you must contact the damper manufacturer or installer of your ventilation system.

We have provided several downloadable forms to help with your order process. We require a hard-copy order faxed or e-mailed to ensure proper delivery.
