Model 8000DC - DC Gear Motor

Our smallest “D shape” gear motor design offering an industry standard mounting allowing for easy retrofit into existing applications. The gearcase can handle a continuous torque rating up to 50 inlb. Available gear ratios allow output speeds ranging between 8 to 200 RPM.

Compatible with 26 mm and 35 mm DC motor frames with standard operating voltage of 12 Volt and 24 Volt. Optional low voltage designs are available upon request. The gearcase is made from sturdy die-cast zinc with standard cut steel and powdered metal gears with optional soft metal or nylon gearing for noise-sensitive applications available. High quality oil-impregnated bronze sleeve bearings are standard with optional needle bearings available upon request. Output shaft diameters range from 1/4” through 5/16” with flats, keyways, threads, or square ends to meet your application needs.
